Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DreamClip (dreamclip.ai), a service of Umbrella Net LLC ("DreamClip", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

DreamClip lets you generate video, images, audio and 3D content with AI models using prepaid credits. Generation runs on third-party model engines. Where a model is offered under its own name, your generation runs on that model — we never silently substitute a different engine behind a named model. If a named model is unavailable, the generation fails and you are not charged.

Model names are used to identify the engines that run your generations. All model names and marks are trademarks of their respective owners; DreamClip is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any model provider.

Credits and billing

The exact credit cost of a generation is shown before you start it. Credits are reserved when you press Create and are only consumed when a verified output is delivered. Failed generations never consume credits — the reservation is released automatically.

Subscription credits refresh monthly and do not roll over. On annual plans, the year is billed upfront and credits are added monthly; each month's credits remain usable for about 60 days. One-time credit packs remain usable for 90 days. Promotional or signup credits remain usable for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Expired credits are removed from your balance.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details.

Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions, renewals or credit packs once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law. See the Refund Policy for details. If a payment is reversed through your bank or card issuer, the credits granted by that payment are removed from your balance.

Your content

You keep the rights to the content you generate, and generations on paid plans may be used commercially, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. Outputs generated on the free tier carry a DreamClip watermark. You are responsible for your prompts and uploads: don't use the service to create content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, or impersonates real people without their consent. We may remove content or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

AI outputs

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content generated for others. Outputs are provided as-is, and you are responsible for reviewing them before use.

Accounts and age

You must be at least 13 to use DreamClip and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make purchases. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Changes and liability

The model catalog, prices and features can change; credit prices shown before generation always control what you pay. We may update these terms — material changes will be posted here with a new date. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
