Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
This policy explains what DreamClip (a service of Umbrella Net LLC) collects when you use dreamclip.ai, and what happens to it.
What we collect
Account: your email address and sign-in method (email/password or Google). Creations: your prompts, uploads and generated outputs are stored in your account so you can access them; they are not shared publicly. Billing: payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Usage: basic analytics about how the product is used, and an anonymous first-touch cookie (dc_anon_id) used to attribute signups.
Who processes it
We use a small set of processors to run the service: Supabase (accounts, storage, database), fal.ai and the model providers it routes to (your prompts and reference uploads are sent there to run generations), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Google (analytics and advertising measurement, including conversion tracking for our ads). We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies for signing you in (session), attribution (dc_anon_id) and measurement (Google tags). Blocking cookies may break sign-in.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account removes your personal data, prompts and stored generations from our systems. Payment records are retained as required for accounting and fraud prevention. To delete your account, contact support@dreamclip.ai.
Your choices
You can access and update your account details in Account settings, and you can request a copy or deletion of your data by email. If you're in a region with specific privacy rights (like the EU or California), those rights apply and we'll honor them.
Changes and contact
We'll post any material changes here with a new date. Questions: support@dreamclip.ai.
